Cooling-off period is 30 days. Your order can be returned within 30 days, provided it meets the return conditions. See return conditions.
A Return Label can be requested via info@overmania.nl. You will receive a return label the same day.
We do not charge shipping costs for your order. We use a carry-in system for repairs outside the cooling-off period. This means that the customer pays for submission to service and Overmania pays after repair for returning it to the customer.
